Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

For Small Appliances & cookware category (Regional Accounts) Eg :- Girias Investment,Pai international, Spar hypermarket, Village hypermarket, Big market, Royal mart, Adhiswar, unilet

Sales & Revenue Management: -

Achieve primary sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for assigned Regional and Key accounts.

Ensure timely account reconciliation.

Track and grow business across categories, ensuring both width and depth of distribution.

Account Management & Operations: -

Manage and engage with Regional and Key accounts store teams, inhouse promoters, and distributor partners to meet business objectives.

Conduct visits as per the beat plan to review product placement, stock availability, and overall outlet/Chain performance.

Ensure strong coordination between distributor, regional & key accounts and internal teams for seamless supply chain and order fulfillment.

Visibility & Merchandising: -

Ensure adequate shelf space, planogram adherence, and effective execution of visibility norms across Regional and Key accounts.

Drive display initiatives and ensure brand presence through consistent merchandising standards.

Handling In-Shop Promoters (ISPs) and merchandisers, with performance tracked and monitored through Bizom

Registering and maintaining stock records of accounts in Bizom.

Ensuring fill rates consistently above 95%.

Business Analytics & Reporting:-

Monitor and analyze sales data through DMS/Bizom to identify gaps in order vs. availability and take corrective actions.

Track store-level performance month-on-month and year-on-year across categories.

Provide timely MIS, business insights, and actionable inputs to internal stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Communication: -

Highlight operational challenges or outlet issues that require escalation.

Track competitor activities, pricing trends, promotions, and other market developments in the Competition benchmarking processes of Regional and Key accounts.

Stay updated on new product launches, market entries/exits, and category movements.

Marketing & Promotions: -

Sell in and Sell out, Support BTL, marketing initiatives, and in-store promotions as per brand plans.

Ensure effective execution of new product launches and track performance and market share within Regional and Key accounts.
