Role & responsibilities

• Drive business growth through market visits, key account management, project tracking, and influencing specifications.
• Identify and acquire new customers by analyzing market potential and responding promptly to enquiries and quotations.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends for effective business planning.
• Track and follow up on key projects to ensure product usage and achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and technical support.
• Manage pricing and collections while coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, optimize margins, and reduce DSO.

• Protective / Performance Coatings Sales with relevant Reliance industry experience
• Key Account Management & Customer Relationship Management
• Project Tracking & Specification Influencing
• Sales Target, Pricing, Margin & Collection Management
• New Business Development & Market Mapping
• Technical Support / Solution Selling
• DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) & Receivables Management
