Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate home loan leads through open market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate builders, brokers, and connectors.
• Ensure a consistent flow of quality leads through business networking.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and guide them on suitable home loan products.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or LAP Sales.
• Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
