Role: Key Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective clients and introduce Arto Precast's products and solutions.
• Effective internal stakeholder management to ensure client success throughout the project.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and work as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Client Retention: Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Conduct professional sales presentations and business discussions, along with technical team of precast experts and architects for conversions.
• Prepare a sales forecast and pipeline for the year

Requirement:

• 5+ years experience in B2B / Corporate / Project Sales, Key Account or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Interior Designing, Building Materials, Architecture, Engineering, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent the company confidently before senior client stakeholders.
• Confident, professional and client-facing personality.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
