Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through personal meetings, online support, and telephone calls.
• Provide support to customers through training and onboarding
• Liaise with Technical team to provide solution to customers.
• Single Point of Contact for customers

Qualifications

• Demonstratability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate punctuality and strong time management skills.
• Should have a flair for Technology and learning skills
• Great interpersonal skills

Experience & Education

• Any Graduate with no backlogs in education
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Industry - Service (Direct Sales/B2B)
• Mandatory - verbal and written communication skills in Hindi
• Excellent comprehension skills
• Must be willing to travel in around UP and Bihar

Location

We are looking for some who is based in Varanasi or willing to work from Varanasi.
