About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager Project Sales to manage project sales and brand specification activities in the designated territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, developers, plumbing contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales in the designated territory and achieve assigned business targets.
• Build and maintain a strong network of builders, developers, architects, plumbing consultants, and plumbing contractors.
• Generate new project leads through regular engagement with key stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming and ongoing construction projects in the region.
• Promote and ensure the specification of the company’s products and brands in construction projects.
• Develop and manage project pipelines from lead generation to order conversion.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Provide technical support and product information to stakeholders.
• Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and project influencers.
• Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for project execution and order closure.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Submit regular reports on project progress, market visits, leads, specifications, and sales performance.
