Roles & Responsibilities:

Looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with experience in Payment Gateway, Merchant Acquiring, Fintech, Banking Alliances and Enterprise Sales. Responsible for acquiring merchants, building partnerships, managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire merchants.
• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build relationships with merchants, aggregators, channel partners, ERP providers and web developers.
• Collaborate with banking partners for merchant onboarding.
• Provide customized payment solutions to clients.
• Manage key accounts and customer retention.
• Cross-sell and upsell value-added services.
• Handle merchant escalations and stakeholder management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
