Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent service levels, timely order fulfillment, and proactive issue resolution. The role involves developing and executing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, and finance to meet customer requirements. The Key Account Manager will monitor market trends and customer performance data, prepare regular sales and performance reports, and support pricing, contract negotiations, and product portfolio optimization for key accounts. The position also requires frequent customer meetings, product presentations, and collaboration with technical teams to align solutions with client needs in the food and nutrition ingredient space.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Key Accounts and Account Management skills to manage high-value clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates with atleast 10 years of Experience in Ingredient sales can apply
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast demand, and develop strategic account growth plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure responsive communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or account management within the food ingredients, Dairy, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Food Technology, or a related field is desirable; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
