We are looking for an experienced Key Account Management Leader with a strong background in Aesthetic Dermatology to drive national business growth, strategic partnerships and key account development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute national key account strategies to drive business growth.
• Build strong relationships with key dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, healthcare institutions and decision-makers.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Key Account Management team across India.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen strategic account partnerships.
• Drive business negotiations, contracting and account development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor business performance, account productivity and strategic growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in Aesthetic Dermatology is mandatory.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales and strategic key account management.
• Strong leadership and team-management experience.
• Experience handling key institutional accounts and senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, business planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage Pan-India business operations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
