Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented KAM Lead to join the PACB (Payment Aggregator Corporate Business) team. The role will be responsible for driving enterprise merchant acquisition, managing key accounts, and leading a small team to scale Paytms Payment Gateway business across large digital-first enterprises.
Responsibilities - Drive enterprise merchant acquisition by identifying and closing high-value opportunities in the payments ecosystem
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts, ensuring higher payment volumes and revenue generation
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders across large enterprises
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of KAMs / Sales Managers to drive business outcomes
- Pitch Paytms Payment Gateway & Aggregator solutions (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, BNPL, APIs, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, and deal closure
- Collaborate with product, tech, integration, and operations teams for seamless merchant onboarding
- Design customized payment solutions based on merchant business models and requirements
- Track market trends, competition, and identify new growth opportunities
- Drive revenue targets, merchant acquisition goals, and TPV growth
