Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager (Packers & Movers – B2B) based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and growing relationships with existing corporate clients while driving business through our Packers & Movers vertical. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, coordinating with internal teams and moving partners, resolving client concerns, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B corporate accounts.

• Act as the single point of contact for clients for all Packers & Movers requirements.

• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and relationship-building activities.

• Resolve client escalations promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and ensure SLA adherence.

• Build strong relationships with corporate HR/Admin teams and relocation stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Client Servicing, or Packers & Movers/Logistics industry.

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and account management abilities.

• Experience in managing corporate accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Background:

Packers & Movers, Logistics, Relocation Services, Supply Chain, Corporate Sales, or B2B Account Management.

Internship Duration • Candidates applying as interns must be available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months,

Stipend for 6 months - 15k

• High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the internship, subject to business requirements and performance evaluation.
