Kannada Voice Process

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kannada Voice Process role based in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inbound customer calls in Kannada, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. The candidate will follow defined business process workflows, document interactions, and escalate complex cases when needed. They will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call handling, participate in training sessions, and adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards. The role may also involve supporting process improvement initiatives and delivering consistent, customer-centric service across communication channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including fluency in Kannada and working proficiency in English or other relevant languages.
• Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, such as willingness to learn, apply feedback, and share knowledge with peers.
• Candidates should have basic computer literacy, familiarity with call center or BPO operations, and the ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Prior experience in voice process, customer support, or BPO environments is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated and trainable applicants.
