Key Responsibilities
- Support the KAM team in managing enterprise client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
- Assist with campaign planning, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Track account performance, feedback, and ongoing requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and upselling.
