Build the AI that runs a business's front desk | PM - Smart Assist, JustDial

Every day, lakhs of Indian businesses miss calls, lose customers and leave money on the table. We're building Smart Assist: an AI receptionist that doesn't just pick up the phone, it runs the conversation.

It answers every call, understands what the customer wants, handles objections, negotiates and closes. Next, it picks up the phone itself, making outbound calls to follow up, re-engage and sell on the vendor's behalf.

We want a PM to take this from a smart bot to a bot that grows businesses.

What You'll Build

• The brain of the bot: how it handles calls, reads intent and responds the way a great receptionist would
• Outbound calling: follow-ups, reminders, re-engagement and selling
• Intelligence on top: call insights, lead quality and smart next actions for the vendor
• Advanced features that make vendors say I can't run my business without this
• GTM: taking what you build to market and making it land
  
  

Along the way you'll talk to vendors and users constantly, own the roadmap, keep a sharp eye on competitors, and rally tech, design, sales and leadership around your plan.

You're Our Person If You

• Are from IIT / IIM / FMS / IIFT or an equivalent tier-1 institute
• Have 2 - 3 years of experience owning a product, not just shipping tickets
• Are self-driven: you spot the problem, own it and push it through without waiting to be told
• Get energy from talking to users and turning messy feedback into sharp product
• Can manage stakeholders and drive a launch end to end
• Bonus: You've built or worked closely on voice bots or conversational AI
  
  

This is not a maintain-the-roadmap role. It's a take-it-to-the-next-level role.
