• You can recognize the difference between something that simply looks professional and something that feels genuinely fresh, relevant, and exciting.
• Your portfolio doesn't need to be extensive. It just needs to have something that makes us stop scrolling.
• You're curious about everything that's changing.
• You don't see AI as a threat to creativity.

What You'll Do

You'll start by doing what you already love: creating beautiful visual work.

But your role will evolve as you learn to integrate AI into your creative process.

You'll:

• Design compelling visuals for international beauty, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
• Create social media content, digital campaign assets, advertising creatives, and branded visual materials.
• Translate creative briefs into distinctive visual concepts that reflect each brand's identity.
• Explore emerging aesthetics, digital trends, and creative references.
• Experiment with AI-powered image generation, editing, and creative production tools.
• Learn how to combine traditional design skills with increasingly sophisticated AI workflows.
• Gradually explore how AI agents can support creative research, production, iteration, and quality control.
• Collaborate with an international team of designers, strategists, and creative professionals.

Your goal won't be to produce more content just because AI makes it possible.

It will be to create better work, explore more ideas, and develop a more powerful creative process.
