Role Description

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing (D2C, e-commerce, or agency background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Understanding of performance-driven content (hooks, retention, CTAs)
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and typography
• Ability to work independently and handle quick-turnaround projects
• A portfolio/reel showcasing previous work is mandatory

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics for engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and sound design, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, thumb-stop rate, etc.)
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
