Junior Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and basic graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio, as well as candidates with up to two years of relevant experience, are encouraged to apply.

The candidate should be comfortable using professional editing software and AI-powered creative tools to produce engaging content for social media, advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and motion graphics.
• Add transitions, effects, text animations, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
• Work with raw footage and transform it into engaging, polished video content.
• Create basic motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
• Design simple thumbnails, social media graphics, banners, and other supporting visual assets.
• Use AI tools to assist with video creation, editing, voiceovers, captions, image generation, and workflow improvement.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all content.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work within the assigned deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, social media formats, and AI tools.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools used for video editing, image generation, voiceovers, captions, and content creation.
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform-specific requirements.
• Good sense of timing, storytelling, music selection, and visual presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and implement feedback accurately.
• Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
