We're Hiring: Video Editor (Intermediate) | Immediate Hire | ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA | Full-Time

We're not looking for someone who just knows editing. We're looking for someone who bleeds creativity, thinks independently, and gets stuff done.

If you can make someone stop scrolling in the first 2 seconds — we want to talk.

What you'll be doing:

1. Cutting attention-grabbing social media reels — fast, punchy, made to be watched twice
2. Playing with typography, kinetic text, and motion design to elevate storytelling
3. Using AI video generation tools as part of your daily workflow
4. Prompting AI tools intelligently — not copy-paste, but actually engineering prompts that produce results
5. Editing with intention — pacing, audio sync, transitions, all deliberate
6. Reading a brief and running with it. No hand-holding.

Non-negotiable skills:

1. Adobe Premiere Pro
2. Adobe After Effects
3. Adobe Photoshop
4. Higgsfield AI
5. Gemini + AI video generation tools
6. Prompt Engineering (this is a core skill, not a bonus)
7. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

You're the right fit if:

→ You watch reels critically and reverse-engineer why they work

→ You understand what a project needs even when the brief is vague

→ You're fast, don't spiral on revisions, and figure things out before asking

→ Typography and spacing actually matter to you

→ AI excites you and you're already using it to edit smarter

To apply, send us:

1. Your best 2–3 reels or short-form edits (portfolio / Drive link)
2. A quick note on your favourite edit you've made and why it worked
3. An example of a prompt you've written for an AI tool and what it produced

Immediate joiners preferred.

Share this with someone who can actually edit.
