Focusing on Expertise: We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product development team. You will design high-quality user interfaces and enhance digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, contributing to products that solve real business problems.

Principal Duties: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI screens Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and product managers Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback Develop and maintain scalable design systems Ensure consistency with brand guidelines Optimize and improve existing user interfaces

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Abstract Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for smoother collaboration

Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio of responsive web and mobile application designs Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile development environments

Desirable Credentials: Experience in user research and usability testing Ability to lead design reviews and feedback sessions Strong attention to detail and creative thinking Passion for user-centric design
