Junior UI/UX Designer

Role Description The UI/UX Designer role at Skavo Tech Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. In this role, the designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals, and translate them into intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences. Daily tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, refining visual design elements, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across web and digital products. The designer will conduct basic user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and engagement. The role also involves working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and contributing to design standards and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Mockups and Prototyping to translate concepts into clear, user-centered interface layouts and interactive flows.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Visual Design to create aesthetically consistent, brand-aligned, and accessible digital experiences.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in User Experience Design (UED) to analyze user needs, define interaction patterns, and optimize user journeys.
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Front-End Development to effectively communicate with developers and support implementation of design specifications.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design, web usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
