Junior Training Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Organize and maintain training schedules, including booking venues, virtual meeting links, and coordinating with external trainers or facilitators. 
• Content Assistance: Help senior managers draft, edit, and organize training manuals, presentations, and e-learning content. 
• LMS Administration: Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses, tracking employee attendance, and generating completion reports. 
• Feedback & Evaluation: Distribute post-training surveys, collect participant feedback, and compile data on program effectiveness. 
• New Hire Onboarding: Assist in coordinating and facilitating orientation programs for newly joined employees. 

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in L&D (Learning and Development), corporate training, or project coordination.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with modern LMS platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.

Key Metrics for Success (KPIs)

• Number of employees trained and completion rates.
• Participant satisfaction scores (CSAT) for training sessions.
• Improvement in post-training assessment scores.
