About this role
- Test Planning Execution
- Design and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform smoke, regression, and functional testing across applications.
- Validate test results and identify defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Automation Testing
- Develop and maintain UI and API automation scripts using Python or Java.
- Work with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and Rest Assured.
- Analyze automation results and support test suite maintenance.
- Defect Management
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, ensuring accurate severity and priority assignment.
- Collaborate with developers to validate defect fixes and perform re-testing.
- Data Validation Analysis
- Perform basic SQL queries for backend data validation and test verification.
- Validate numerical and time-sensitive data with high accuracy.
- Agile Collaboration Documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Use Jira, Confluence, and Git for test management, documentation, and collaboration.
- Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and test evidence.
- Programming Languages: Python or Java
