About this role
The Tester will validate functional and non-functional aspects of advanced geospatial data products, ensuring algorithmic accuracy, robust data structures, and intuitive UI/UX workflows for defence, research, and industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
- Strong background in mathematics and basic sciences.
- Sharp logical reasoning and ability to see the big picture.
- Solid programming fundamentals; willingness to learn and automate.
- Conduct functional testing of SAR and Optical image analysis modules.
- Perform non-functional testing (performance, scalability, reliability, security).
- Evaluate UI/UX workflows for usability.
- Validate data structures (graphs, trees, tensors) for efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers and domain experts to refine test cases.
- Document test plans, results, and defect reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong background in mathematics and basic sciences.
- Conduct functional testing of SAR and Optical image analysis modules.
- Exposure to the Space Tech domain.
