Job Summary


Responsibilities

• The testing of desktop applications.
• Writing manual and automations tests
• Participating in techncial discussions
• Working with Jira and associated test tools
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation,

Requirements for Consideration

• Good Degree Level education (2:1 or higher) in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in a software engineering role within the .Net ecosystem.
• Experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work effectively.

Preferred

• Experience gained in the metrology, precision engineering, machine tool industry or Optics industry.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
