Junior System Administrator

The Junior system admin will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT assets, troubleshooting laptop, desktop, network, and Wi-Fi issues, and ensuring uninterrupted IT services across all college locations. The role involves coordinating with ISP/ILL vendors, resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining asset records, and supporting day-to-day IT operations to ensure a smooth and efficient technology environment. 

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Manage and resolve Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, ISP, and ILL connectivity issues.
• Maintain and track IT assets, including inventory, allocation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Ensure smooth IT operations across all college locations through remote and on-site support.
• Maintain service records, asset databases, and support documentation.
• Assist users with IT-related queries and provide timely issue resolution.
