Junior System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to hardware and software.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and networks.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Managing Network Firewalls and network related troubleshooting.
• Managing Backups and restorations.
• Experience on Antivirus software's and their related issues troubleshooting
• Coordinating with UPS, EPABX & CCTV Vendors.
• Experience on Asset management of systems and software's
• Monitor system performance & Event log reviews and troubleshooting.

Requirements and skills

• At least 1+ years of experience in system administration role
• Experience on Microsoft Services like AD /DNS /DHCP /GPO.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
