Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior SQL Analyst to join our data team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 - 1 year of experience who are eager to work with databases, SQL queries, reporting, and data analysis while learning modern data practices.

What You'll Do

• Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and analyze data
• Support data reporting and dashboard requirements
• Assist in data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
• Work with relational databases and structured datasets
• Help identify trends, patterns, and data inconsistencies
• Support recurring and ad-hoc data requests from teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 0 - 1 year of experience in SQL, data analysis, reporting, or related role
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Basic understanding of joins, filters, aggregations, and data extraction
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools
• Ability to clean, validate, and organize data accurately
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
