Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management and operations.

Supervise and lead the kitchen team, including training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.

Collaborate in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.

Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.

Manage kitchen workflow to meet service deadlines efficiently.

Handle guest feedback related to food quality and presentation.

Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness.

Step in for the Executive Chef as needed during absences or busy periods.

Promote teamwork, discipline, and professionalism among kitchen staff.
