Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to manage DBM India's social media presence, increase engagement, and grow our online audience. The candidate will work closely with the Creative team, which will provide the designs and creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage DBM India's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
• Coordinate with the Creative team for timely creatives and content.
• Identify relevant trends, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Actively work towards increasing followers, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Track social media insights and prepare basic monthly performance reports.
• Study what content performs best and suggest ideas to improve engagement and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform features.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
• 0–1 years of experience; freshers with strong social media knowledge may apply.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and caption-writing skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and analytics.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
