Junior Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and bills of contractors/vendors.
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Resolve technical issues arising at the site and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
• Maintain proper documentation, site records, and project reports.
• Monitor RCC works, finishing works, structural activities, and related civil works.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Good understanding of site safety practices and construction regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
