Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu / Bangalore / Mysore / Pondicherry / Tada (AP)

Reports To: Senior Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary: 2.5 - 4.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities. The role involves

assisting in site execution, quality monitoring, contractor coordination, measurements, documentation, and ensuring

works are executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising RCC, masonry, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Take site measurements and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Assist in quantity verification, material reconciliation, and billing measurements.
• Participate in quality inspections and report deviations for corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain site records, checklists, and documentation.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Basic quantity measurement and estimation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, work at project sites, and travel as required.
