Junior SEO Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research using SEO tools.
• Optimize website pages for better search engine rankings.
• Create and update meta titles, meta descriptions, and heading tags.
• Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Assist in technical SEO activities, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and URL optimization.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
• Analyze competitor websites and identify SEO opportunities.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

1. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
2. Understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
3. Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
4. Basic knowledge of keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
5. Understanding of HTML and WordPress is an added advantage.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
