Required Experience
* Minimum *2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales*.
* Must have experience handling/selling *1 Cr+ real estate projects/properties*.
* Strong experience in *residential real estate sales* will be preferred.
* Candidates residing *in or near Kothrud* will be preferred.
* Should have good knowledge of the *Kothrud and nearby Pune real estate market*.
* Excellent *English communication skills are Mandatory
* Candidate should be *well-presented, confident, and professional*.
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle leads and generate new business opportunities.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
* Handle negotiations and support customers through the booking process.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
* Coordinate with CRM, pre-sales, and internal teams for smooth closures.
* Maintain knowledge of project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
* Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
