Junior/Senior Procurement Executive - Interior & Finishing

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of interior and finishing materials for ongoing projects.
• Source materials such as tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, CP fittings, electrical fittings, lighting, plywood, laminates, hardware, paints, gypsum, false ceiling materials, and other finishing items.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and achieve cost savings.
• Create and process purchase orders as per approved specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and internal teams for material planning and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and availability of materials at project sites.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, rate comparisons, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor market rates and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Resolve vendor, pricing, quality, and material delivery issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of interior and finishing materials.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
• Good vendor management, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, quotation comparison, and purchase order preparation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
