Junior SAP SD Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

1. Handle the complete SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including sales orders, deliveries, PGI, and billing.
2. Configure and support Sales Orders, Quotations, Deliveries, Returns, and Billing processes.
3. Work on pricing configuration, including condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures, and condition records.
4. Handle customer master data, partner determination, output determination, and account assignment.
5. Support ATP/availability checks, schedule lines, delivery blocks, billing blocks, and order incompletion issues.
6. Work on SD-MM integration related to material availability, inventory, delivery, and goods movement.
7. Work on SD-FI integration, including revenue account determination, tax determination, and billing-to-accounting postings.
8. Analyse and resolve production support incidents related to SAP SD processes within agreed SLAs.
9. Perform root-cause analysis, issue troubleshooting, testing, and defect resolution for functional problems.
10. Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT for SD changes.
11. Coordinate with business users, ABAP, MM, FI, and other functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
12. Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, process documentation, and user guides when required.

Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and continuous improvement activities, including requirements gathering and post-go-live support
