Job Purpose: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SAP BASIS Fresher to join our technical team. The candidate will be
responsible for supporting SAP system administration activities, monitoring system performance, and assisting in SAP landscape
management under the guidance of senior BASIS consultants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in configuration, and administration of SAP systems
Monitor SAP systems and ensure system availability and performance
Perform basic SAP BASIS activities such as user management, transport management, and client administration
Support system refreshes, backups, and restores
Monitor background jobs, system logs, and dumps (SM21, ST22, SM37)
Assist in applying SAP patches, kernel upgrades, and OSS notes
Support database-related activities (HANA/Any DB basic exposure)
Work on system health checks and performance tuning activities
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
Education/Qualifications/Trainings Requirements:

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
Preference will be given to SAP Certified Technical consultant.

Good understanding of SAP architecture and BASIS concepts
Knowledge of SAP system landscape (DEV, QA, PROD)
Familiarity with SAP GUI and basic transactions
Understanding of transport management system (TMS)
Basic knowledge of OS (Linux/Windows) and databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict Screening)
Candidates must meet ALL of the below:
Completed SAP BASIS training from a recognized institute
Hands-on practice in at least one SAP system (IDES / S/4HANA)

Conditions:
1. 2.9 years bond.
2. Salary structure - After 1.5months based on the performance we will be making them permanent and the CTC will be
2,16,000lpa. Monthly it comes to 18k with 2.9 years of Service bond, salary will be increased yearly based on performance
