Junior Sales Executive – Showroom Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and payment options.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other required sales documents.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and messages.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Keep the showroom and product displays neat and well organized.
• Coordinate with the inventory and service teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
  
  

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in showroom, retail, or sales preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work on weekends and meet sales targets.
• 2 Wheelers mandatory.
