Junior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Source products and identify suitable vendors.
• Conduct product research and market analysis.
• Finding new vendor identification and onboarding.
• Obtain quotations and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with vendors for order placement and follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor database and purchase records.
• Support vendor negotiations under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
