Role & responsibilities

Sales Enablement and Support

• Draft and send accurate project quotations and price estimates to prospective clients.
• Execute consistent follow-up workflows with active leads and clients via email and phone.
• Schedule client meetings, consultations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Handle core administrative tasks, including data entry, filing client contracts, and following up on client payments
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients seeking updates on their quotes or scheduling status.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (for quotations and trackers) and Gmail / Google Workspace
• AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong communication skills
