Junior Robotics Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robotic systems using Delta robots.
• Troubleshoot issues with PLC panels and sensors to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic solutions into production lines.
• Conduct quality control checks on assembled products using trimming techniques.
• Develop and implement new robotics projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in working with Delta robots, PLC panels, and sensors is required.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques for complex mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with neck cutting, dividing, beading, trimming, and expanding parts is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, and safety interlocks is advantageous.
