Job brief Raphe’s Electronics division is seeking an Analog & Power Electronics Junior Research Engineer, who’d be a self-starter, and team player, and can work cohesively within the engineering team on-site. Required Skills

• Knowledge of basic principle of DC-DC Buck Regulators, Linear Regulators,
• Knowledge of Analog/ Power Electronic components like Mosfets, op-amp, transistors, relays and protection devices like TVS, ESD Diodes, Zener etc.
• Experience in carrying out board bring up Testing.
• Experience in carrying out power measurement using oscilloscope, DC Loads and other equipment’s.
• Knowledge of Microcontrollers and its peripherals such as PWM, ADC, DAC, Timers, SPI, UART, Clock sources, Differential transceivers like RS-422, RS-485, CAN, Ethernet or similar interfaces.
• Hands On experience in designing Schematics Diagram using Altium or equivalent software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Pspice / Circuit Simulation.
• Knowledge of Power Integrity and Signal Integrity.

As an Analog & Power Electronics Research Engineer, you will:

• Working on the Schematics Design for the Sub Systems for the UAVs.
• Debugging board level issues related to Power, logic, or Microcontroller level.
• Carrying out the Board Bring up and Design Verification Testing for different PCBA.

Degree and Experience

• B.E., B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical/Electronic engineering or related discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of related work experience in Analog & Power Electronics Designing.
