Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Micro LAP and Micro Business Loans.
• Conduct field visits and develop business through the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly business targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
• Freshers: Candidates interested in field sales are also eligible.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• PUC candidates: Experienced PUC candidates can also be considered.
• Local candidates: Preferred, with good knowledge of the local market.
• Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.

Salary & Incentives

• Freshers: Up to 2.40 LPA
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 3.00 LPA
• Monthly Target: Minimum 15 Lakhs business
• Incentives: Slab-based incentive ranging from 0.30% to 1.50%, based on performance.
