Job Description: Junior Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for US staffing requirements through job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and job suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Update candidate information and recruitment activities in internal systems.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and team members to understand US staffing processes and requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Learn and follow US recruitment practices, processes, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates from any educational or professional background with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Individuals looking to transition their careers into US Staffing or Recruitment are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, sourcing, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn US staffing processes and recruitment practices.
• Comfortable working in a US shift/night shift environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
