Role & responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for US staffing requirements through job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates to open positions.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Update candidate information and recruitment activities in internal systems.
• Work closely with senior recruiters/team members to understand US staffing processes.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Learn and follow US recruitment practices, processes, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers / 02 year of experience are welcome.
• Candidates from any educational or professional background with strong communication skills can apply.
• We are open to candidates looking to transition their career into US Staffing / Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, sourcing, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn US staffing processes and recruitment practices.
• Comfortable working in a US shift / night shift environment.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
