Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports accurately and efficiently.
• Perform reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
• Handle customer disputes and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Manage fraud reporting and assist in investigating discrepancies.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant experience in reconciliation, banking, or financial operations.
