Junior React Developer

We are seeking

Junior React Developers to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated React and JavaScript code, review frontend implementations, identify UI bugs, performance issues, accessibility concerns, and provide expert feedback to improve the quality, usability, and maintainability of AI-generated web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated React components, frontend logic, and web application interfaces.
• Assess code quality, component architecture, readability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Identify UI bugs, logical issues, rendering problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Validate React best practices, reusable component design, and modern frontend development standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on code optimization, refactoring, and clean coding practices.
• Review responsive web designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Evaluate React Hooks, state management, component lifecycle, and event handling implementations.
• Review API integrations, asynchronous requests, and frontend data handling.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), semantic HTML, and user experience best practices.
• Contribute to improving AI capabilities in React development and modern frontend engineering.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Understanding of React Hooks, functional components, and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with React Router and client-side routing.
• Knowledge of state management concepts using Context API or Redux.
• Understanding of asynchronous JavaScript, Promises, and API integration.
• Ability to debug, review, and improve React applications.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for writing clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
• Basic understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, or modern frontend build tools.
• Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT or OAuth.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience using React Developer Tools and browser debugging tools.
• Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD basics.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and code automation.
