Junior Quality Executive

Role & responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control

• Perform raw materials process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct COA (Certificate of Analysis) verification for all incoming raw materials.
• Manage the release and approval process for raw materials to Contract Manufacturers.
• Oversee the release and approval of finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Send samples to external laboratories for testing and meticulously review and release reports and batches.
• Implement risk-based decision management in all quality-related processes to ensure product safety and integrity.
• Maintain proper and concise documentation for all quality assurance and control activities.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Identify and address potential food safety risks throughout the production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure all processes and products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in problem-solving initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control procedures and systems.
