Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong experience in Construction / Infrastructure /Highways Projects to join our project team at Head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
• Handle measurements, RA Bills, client billing and subcontractor billing.
• Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ and site execution.
• Prepare quantity reconciliation and variation statements.
• Coordinate with Site, Planning, Execution and Billing teams.
• Monitor project quantities, extra items and deviations.
• Maintain proper QS and billing documentation.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Estimation, Quantity Take-off and Rate Analysis.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Candidates with Construction / Infrastructure / Highways experience preferred.
