About this role
As a Junior Python Developer, you will build tools and automation that support the training, evaluation, and improvement of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence models. You'll work on AI training projects involving large language models (LLMs), data processing, prompt engineering workflows, model evaluation pipelines, and dataset generation.
You'll collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to develop Python-based solutions that help create high-quality training data, automate AI evaluation tasks, and improve the performance of generative AI systems. Responsibilities
- Develop Python scripts and tools to support AI training and evaluation workflows.
- Build automation pipelines for collecting, cleaning, validating, and processing training datasets.
- Create utilities for prompt generation, response evaluation, and AI benchmarking.
- Develop tools for data annotation, quality assurance, and model performance analysis.
- Integrate AI APIs and LLM services into internal training workflows.
- Assist in preparing datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning, and model evaluation.
- Optimize data processing pipelines for large-scale AI projects.
- Debug and improve AI training tools to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance model accuracy through better data and automation. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new AI technologies and adapt quickly. Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, or BeautifulSoup.
- Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Exposure to FastAPI, Flask, Docker, or Linux environments.
- Experience working with data annotation, AI evaluation, or automation projects is a plus. Skills
