Junior Purchase Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Procure mechanical materials, spare parts, and equipment as per requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and quality teams.
• Verify materials against technical specifications and drawings.
• Track purchase orders and resolve supply-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be from Mechanical Field only. Having 0 to 3 years experience. Accommodation, Transportation & Food will be in candidate scope.
